Edoardo Subert

Director

 graduated with the highest honours in business administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He began his professional career at Cast, a management consulting company founded by some of the leading professors of Bocconi University. In 1987, Mr. Subert joined Citibank, where he held various positions in the investment banking department, and became director of the mergers and acquisitions group. In 1990, he moved to Rothschild, first in London, where he was responsible for the Italian desk, and then, since 1993, in Milan, where he became a member of the board of directors and managing director responsible for several industries, including financial institutions and utilities, as well as partner of the Rothschild group. Since 2013 until the end of 2016, he has been senior advisor to the investment banking department of Rothschild in Milan. In his 30-year Investment Banking career, Mr Subert has successfully managed more than 100 M&A transactions.
Partner of Space Holding since 2013, he has been Director of Space S.p.A. from its establishment up to its business combination with F.I.L.A. S.p.A.
