Space2 S.p.A. is the second Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) set up by Space Holding after the success achieved by Space, its first SPAC.

Space2 S.p.A. is as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) set up under Italian law as a SIV (special investment vehicle) pursuant to the Italian stock exchange regulation. It aims at raising proceeds in capital markets through the placement and listing of its ordinary shares on the Professional Segment of the regulated Market for Investment Vehicles (MIV), organized and operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The proceeds will be then used to acquire a Target Company or business in any form, including an acquisition or a merger (the so called Business Combination). As a result of the Business Combination, the shares of the Target Company will be listed on the Stock Exchange.

The final purpose of Space2 is to identify an Italian high-growth, excellence company, willing to open its share capital to public investors through the listing of its own shares on a regulated market. Space2 is targeting the next Italian champion:
