Francesca Prandstraller

Degree in Philosophy from the University of Padua (Italy); Master of Art at Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA in Communication, Culture, and Technology; Master in Corporate Organizational Management at the CUOA Foundation (University Consortium of Organizational Management) in Vicenza, Italy. She has worked for more than twenty years in the HR field. She worked in the HR Management Division of major firms in Veneto, then she became consultant at CUOA Foundation (University Consortium of Organizational Management in Vicenza) and at important Italian companies. She became a lecturer at the Universities (of Padua, Venice, Milano Bicocca). Since 2010 she has been working as lecturer at the Department of Management and Technologt at the University L. Bocconi, Milan. Author of a number of articles and publications on HR topics.
Francesca Prandtaller has been Director of Space S.p.A. up to the the business combination with F.I.L.A. S.p.A. and is now Director of F.I.L.A. S.p.A.
